Provides an overview of the Heritage (full-service) Channel, loan products available, underwriting guidelines, property requirements and loan closing. Whether you are a new or existing IBMC Heritage Channel user, you can benefit from our training and networking with your peers.
Government Loans
Provides an overview of government loan products available, how they work, where they fit, and how to use them within the parameters of your mortgage platform.
Mortgage 101
Provides the fundamentals necessary to assist your borrower through the mortgage loan process, including key mortgage terminology and Uniform Residential Loan Application (1003) procedures. This session is targeted at new mortgage lenders looking for an introduction to lending processes and experienced lenders looking for a refresher.
Mortgage 201
Provides a comprehensive guide to the mortgage products offered at IBMC, along with processing procedures, underwriting guidelines and property requirements. This session is targeted at intermediate and experienced lenders. It is not a prerequisite to complete Mortgage 101 before attending this program.
