Iowa Bankers Mortgage Corporation customers have three convenient payment options:
Autopay
Monthly mortgage payment is debited from the bank account on the first, fifth or 12th business day of the month at no cost to the borrower. This option requires the customer to complete the Autopay Enrollment Form.
Biweekly Service
A service provided by IBMC in which one-half of the monthly mortgage payment is debited from the bank account every 14 days, resulting in an extra payment applied directly toward the principal balance each year. A per draft fee of $2 is applied for this service. This option requires the customer to complete the Biweekly Enrollment Form.
ACH Payment via Website
At their convenience, the borrower can remit monthly mortgage payments via our website at www.myibmcloan.com.
