Iowa Bankers Mortgage Corporation customers have three convenient payment options:
Monthly mortgage payment is debited from the bank account on the first, fifth or 12th business day of the month at no cost to the borrower. This option requires the customer to complete the Autopay Enrollment Form.
Service provided by IBMC where one-half of the monthly mortgage payment is debited from the bank account every other Friday, which results in an extra payment applied directly toward the principal balance each year. There is a nominal one-time setup fee and a per draft fee for this service. This option requires the customer to complete the Biweekly Enrollment Form.
ACH Payment via Website
At their convenience, the borrower can remit monthly mortgage payments via our website at www.myibmcloan.com.
